Between 2 and the 8 September will be held, with an agenda fraught with cultural activities and proposals, Book Week.

This celebration also, I come with the slogan "Share a book", with actions taking place in the municipalities of San Martin, Almirante Brown, La Plata and Buenos Aires City. This initiative lies with the Commission for Children's Literature Argentina Book Chamber.

It should be noted that activities correspond to a clear intention to promote books and reading, in order to include them in the cultural agenda of the entire community. In that context, one of the main objectives of this initiative is to expand the role of books in school and families, so have developed reading suggestions, activities and educational resources freely available via the Internet. Meanwhile, Book Week has been incorporated into the school calendar of the Province of Buenos Aires (Resolution RESFC-2017-1520- E-EGDBA-DGCYE) and it proposes a series of activities taking place in schools, events and promotions for the whole community to be held in the municipalities mentioned above.
