Sublime returns to Argentina with Rome
The Californians of Sublime will return with the vocalist Rome to the country, where they will give a concert at the Flores Theater as part of the world tour for their twentieth anniversary of career.
They are one of the most important bands in the punk-reggae and ska scene, and that has more than 17 million albums sold. In this opportunity, the group will play on wednesday 19 September at the Rivadavia Avenue enclosure 7806. As for the towns, They can be obtained through the Tu Entrada system or at the theater box office and at its points of sale..
Hailing from Long Beach in the late '80s, the group aroused interest in the North American stages thanks to its novel. To all this was added the creativity when writing songs of the singer and guitarist Bradley Nowell.
Unfortunately, the musician passed away in 1996 and did not get to see the success they meant - a year later- songs like "Santeria", “Wrong way”, “What I got” o “Doin’ time”.
After an obvious impasse, bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh, recruited in 2009 to guitarist and singer Rome Ramírez, starting this new stage of Sublime with Rome. With this formation, they visited our country in 2011, with a concert at the Malvinas Argentinas stadium. At present, the drummer is Carlos Verdugo, also a member of Tribal Seeds.
