The Teatrix platform, created by businesswoman Mirta Romay, celebrated its six years of existence and also announced the news of its April programming.

Established within the field of online theater entertainment and with replicas abroad such as Teatrix Spain and Mexico, the platform created in 2015 by the daughter of the remembered Alejandro Romay continues to offer the most important national productions and in turn announced the titles that are added to its catalog.

In that context, in addition to the shows starring Julio Chávez, Oscar Martinez, Hector Alterio, Soriano pepper, Enrique Pinti, among many others, as well as milestones of the theater that had Alfredo Alcon, Carlos Carella, and China Zorrilla as well as Ana María Campoy as company heads, comedies will be released next month, musicals and dramatic thrillers.

THE APRIL RELEASES OF 2021

“BETWEEN HER AND ME” (Available from 9 of April)

It is about the comedy of Pablo Mir, Directed by Diego Reinhold and leading roles by Sebastián Presta and Soledad García.

The play was kept for three seasons on Corrientes Avenue and its plot revolves around the possibility of being parents in an unexpected way.

"AN INSTANT WITHOUT GOD" (Available from 16 of April)

Produced and filmed by Teatrix during the pandemic, with an outstanding cast including Arturo Bonín and Nelson Rueda, under the direction of Daniel Dalmaroni.

In this thriller, a businessman will offer a very important donation to the old priest of a humble border parish. His only condition: a confession. But not from the parishioner to the priest, but from the priest to the businessman.

"MANY WIGS FOR A SINGLE BALD" (Available from 23 of April)

Starring and directed by Eduardo Calvo, who also wrote this show with Pedro Cano; "Many wigs for a single bald" is another of the works made exclusively for the platform.

"RECOGNIZE US" (Available from 30 of April)

One of the new original productions of Teatrix, made in 2020, it is a remake of one of Oscar Barney Finn's works, who returns to direct this new version.

Thelma Biral, Daniel Miglioranza, Ormar Nuñez, Inés RInaldi and Selva Alemán review the History that forged our identity through texts and songs by Jorge Luis Borges, Eladia Blazquez, Roberto Arlt, Victoria Ocampo, Juan José Castelli, Leopoldo Marechal, by Ernesto Sábato, by Félix Luna, by Manucho Mujica Láinez, Fito Páez and Alejandra Pizarnik.

The show, declared of Cultural Interest by the HCDN, invites us to review history and recognize ourselves in this age of seemingly irreparable cracks.
