ABBA, the iconic swedish band that marked a before and after in pop history, announced the release of new material after 40 year absence from the studies.

Recognized for hits like "Dancing queen" or "Mamma Mia", The quartet surprised their fans with two new songs that were presented online through their YouTube channel..

These songs will be part of the album that will be released in November and in turn announced a virtual concert, using holograms that will faithfully respect your every move on stage.

The new songs are called "I still have faith in you" and "Don't shut me down", announced at the conference by two of ABBA's original members, Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson.

Regarding the album, It will be called "Voyage" and will be available from 5 of November. As it transpired, will be composed of 8 themes and will be accompanied by the documentary "ABBA Voyage", where the group - complemented by Agnetha Fältskog and Frida Lyngstad- will appear in the form of digital avatars on a stage built in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in London.

Once the virtual event is over, Andersson explained to the thousands of followers who connected to the channel that the first song "is about realizing how inconceivable the place we are is for us".

In this context, he explained that the band would never have imagined that “after four decades we would be releasing an album and still maintaining the best of friendships between us., enjoying our company and with total loyalty ".

At the same time, Ulvaeus stayed in the same vein as his partner, stating that “the links that exist between us are very clear, and it was great. Everything came back strong in a matter of seconds, We went to the studio knowing that if we weren't up to the task, we would not publish it. We are really very proud of this work ".
