"A drawing", the exhibition of Ernesto Ballesteros that arrives at the Marco Museum
Since Saturday 7 May you can enjoy "A drawing", the brand new exhibition of the artist Ernesto Ballesteros at the Marco La Boca Museum.
Together with the Tres Pinos Foundation, the exhibition proposes a project work in progress of the artist, who intervened the museum in its entirety through the production of a work that was carried out before the eyes of the public.
The realization of this drawing comprised a period of 6 weeks and participated in the realization of the same 20 artists, who worked under the coordination of Ballesteros.
The site-specific drawing was built while visitors to the museum witnessed the production process, seeing the progress of the site-specific intervention on the walls of the museum.
This work is part of a series of pieces that the renowned Argentine artist has been developing in recent years, through a continuous and heterogeneous exploration of diverse artistic disciplines and materials.
The artists participating in the process are: Violet Mollo, Cotelite, Laura Ojeda Berries, Ji Hyun Kim, Maximilian Murad, Charles Top, Mary Mulder, Guido Orlando Contrafatti, Celina Eceiza, Lucia Reissig, florence ferrari, Dew Englender, Walter Andrade, Maria Valeria Maggie, Yael Desbrats, Triana Leborans, Juan Gabriel Mino, Cervio Martini, Sofia Berakha and Julieta Ezcurra.
