A user uploaded unpublished images of a show by Serú Girán in La Rural

YouTube user Valwoodpecker uploaded to his channel an unpublished audiovisual record of the concert that Serú Girán gave at La Rural in December 1980.

This concert is iconic, since it gathered more than 60 thousand spectators in the middle of the military dictatorship.

This is the first time these images have been seen, originally broadcast by the program "Music forbidden for adults" of the then ATC (Argentina Color Television).

The registry contemplates little more than 30 minutes of recording, with songs like “Jose Mercado”, “Hollywood song”, “How much longer will it take”, a short fragment of the incunabula “Discoshock”, “I am going to a thousand” Y “Peperina”.

On the other hand, performances by Cantilo appear interspersed. & Punch, Pastoral y Vox Dei, also recorded by television broadcasting in other settings.

Before pictures, the user himself provides a brief description of the material, where he also encourages other people to share more material of the time.

Regarding the cycle “Music forbidden for adults” was one of the first television programs to broadcast video clips and broadcast images of live shows by Argentine rock artists.
