The young couple made up of Agostina Tarchini from Santiago and Axel Arakaki from Japan, won the World Championship in the category “Stage tango”, closing like this, and before some 6.000 people, the “Tango Buenos Aires, Festival and World” held at Luna Park Stadium.

An exciting concert by the singer Ariel Ardit and the definition of the final they reached 20 couples from all over the world who danced on the stage of the mythical venue, crowned the great party attended by tango figures such as the dancer and choreographer María Nieves, the dancers Gloria and Eduardo Arquimbau, the choreographer Leonardo Cuello and winners of other editions.

The classic “La cumparsita” was the tango chosen by the winners -Tarchini (27) and Arakaki (24)- to show off by displaying tricks and sensuality in a number that led them to consecrate themselves with 9,29 points and win over a warm audience, that the final was beating minute by minute.
