Valentino Jazz Bazar, group formed by renowned guitarist Juan Miguel Valentino, will present their fifth album "Essence of Wes Montgomery", a tribute to the musician born in Indianapolis.

The album will be performed live from March, right in the framework of the celebration of the 10th Happy Birthday Wes I -Encuentro also dedicated to the guitarist outstanding- beginning on day 6 Bebop Club (Moreno 364).

"Essence of Wes Montgomery" was recorded live 2019 within the context of the festival made of Thelonious Club.

Happy Birthday Wes is an annual cycle organized by J. M Valentino himself on the occasion of the anniversary of birth of Montgomery (6 March 1923) and intend to commemorate and disseminate the musical work and the particular style and technique employed by him.

The idea of ​​this commemoration is to respect its interpretative quality even in the selection and implementation of some of his improvisations or 'alone' with the intention of bringing to the public that incredible improvisational quality that characterized him.
