Several activities for the Memory in the House of Culture
Starting this Friday and until Sunday 2 April will carry out a series of activities organized by the National Endowment for the Arts.
Among the proposals are round tables, readings, screenings and live shows. All these activities are also added to the collective exhibition Marzo_Mujer_Memoria_Malvinas, that can be enjoyed at the headquarters of Rufino de Elizalde 2831.
With free entry, The objective of this cycle is to offer a look at what happened yesterday from today's culture.
Among the activities, the talk "From the Siluetazo: graphic imprints and human rights” by the art historian Silvia Dolinko (01/04, 15 hours); the round tables "Dialogues about Malvinas and its representation in art", con Florence Baranger, Jorge Chernoff, Karina El Azem and Daniel Ontiveros, moderated by journalist Beatriz Reynoso (02/04, 17 hours); “Malvinas in the contemporary Argentine narrative”, with Maria Sonia Cristoff, Gloria Peirano, Jorge Consiglio and Carla Maliandi, moderated by Florence Abbate, Director of Letters of the FNA (02/04, 18 hours) and "Women in Front" (of public bodies), with Monica Capano, Rosario Lufrano, Sky Salviolo, Roxane Yellow, Carla Pitiot and Paula Vazquez (31/03, 16 hours).
On the other hand, this Friday from 19.30 the singer-songwriter Yoli Campos will be presented, while this Saturday -at the same time- it will be the turn of Cecilia Arellano. Finally, on Sunday (19 hours) will be Big Mama Laboratory, with its music and dance show that proposes a mixture of sounds such as rap, cumbia, trap and reggaeton, among other popular trends.
Likewise, there will be projection of animation and video art videos along with many other proposals that were produced by scholarship holders from the National Endowment for the Arts, invited to participate in this initiative.
Finally, it will be possible to traverse -in this case up to the 16 of April- the exhibition "March_Woman_Memory_Malvinas" that brings together a set of works in different supports and materials that, as well, evoke these themes from the language of visual arts.
