Willy Quiroga will celebrate the anniversary of "The Bible" at the Astros

A 52 years of its launch, the musician Willy Quiroga will celebrate this Saturday 25 March the anniversary of the album "La Biblia" at the Astros Theater.

Released by the Quilmeña band Vox Dei in 1971, Quiroga will revisit the classic songs from the historic album with his band made up of guitarist and vocalist Carlos Gardellini, simon quiroga (Drums), Max Ruffo (Guitar) and Alejandro Arias (Keyboards).

Considered one of the most transcendental works of national rock, "La Biblia" was the second album by Vox Dei and had the approval of the Church and after a meeting in the Archdiocese and with the approval of Monsignor Grasselli, was released on 15 March 1971 by the Disc Jockey label.

The disc, released as double vinyl, had more than 150 hours of recording and in turn marked a milestone in the history of Argentine rock. The band would later present it at the Presidente Alvear Theater with four completely sold-out performances..
