The English artist Paris Paloma recently presented “Labor”, his new single that is now available on digital platforms.

Originally from Ashbourne and based in Surrey (England), the artist presented this new work through the Nettwerk label. As explained, this song tells the story of a woman who criticizes the inequality of work within heteronormative relationships.

As a consequence of the release, the song received an enthusiastic response from fans, with song previews on TikTok getting hundreds of thousands of views.

Paloma argues that this theme "leads to a relationship in which the speaker's self-esteem is lowered once more.", like many people who find themselves in exhausting relationships with people who do not deserve it "and adds: “Take on all the emotional labor, because we accept the love we think we deserve.
