The Ministry of Culture of the Nation presented the health protocols that will allow the return to face-to-face dance activities, circus and tango.

These are three artistic activities recently included by the Ministry of Culture as sectors of the cultural industries.

The protocols presented are the result of collaborative work and consensus between the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, the Superintendency of Work Risks (SRT) and the different associations, sectoral organizations and movements. The protocol of each of these sectors proposes prevention measures from which employers, with the intervention of the agents corresponding to the specific activity, can plan gradual normalization of tasks.

In the presentation, the Secretary of Cultural Development of the Nation, Lucrecia Cardoso, thanked the SRT for its collaboration in the development of the protocols for cultural industries and expressed: "One of the first activities to approve a health protocol was the advertising sector. And we can proudly say that, from qualification to today, more than 300 advertisements, practically without contagion in the workplace ".

Meanwhile, the general manager of the organization, Marcelo Dominguez, assured that "from the SRT we work, basically, from training concepts, knowledge and awareness ". He also stressed that "dialogue and social consensus between the different actors" is vital for the success of the implementation of these protocols..

This initiative allows these disciplines to return to the activity as they did already the gastronomic sectors, tourist, audiovisual, musical, of artisans and passenger transport services, among many others, considering the preventive guidelines recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the competent national and provincial authorities.

In this sense, the importance of the implementation of information systems is highlighted, awareness of workers regarding care and duty of information, provision of adequate personal protection elements and adoption of necessary engineering measures in order to guarantee your health. The rules and / or recommendations established in the documents may be expanded or modified according to the changes that arise regarding the epidemiological situation and any other suggestion emanating from the jurisdictional authorities..

Among the main entities and organizations that worked and adhered to the protocols are the Federal Dance Movement, the Missions Dance Workers Association, Teachers and Organizers of Tango Unidos, Jazz musicians, the Front of Organized Traveling Artists, Open circus, the Association of Generators of Theater Arts and Independent Artists, the Federal Assembly of Tango Workers, the Association of Milongas Organizers, Tango-Dance Workers and the Tango Dancers Movement, among many others.
