Hand in hand with the Group of Puppeteers of the San Martín Theater, directed by Adelaida Mangani, the 19 December will premiere "Alicia in the Theater of Wonders".

The play can be enjoyed online through the platforms of the Buenos Aires Theater Complex and Vivamos Cultura, site powered by the City.

With dramaturgy by Eva Halac, This show tells the story of a cast that is rehearsing a version of the classic "Alice in Wonderland" and, while the director is looking for the images of the story, an actress dreams that she is a puppet and moves on a path of unusual and meaningless situations.

This setting, made on the Lewis Carroll original, is part of the cycle “Hybrid modes” proposed by the CTBA and which aims to address the theatrical creative worlds, as experiences of autonomous fiction production and complementary to the shows that are produced in the theaters of the Buenos Aires Theater Complex.

They are part of "Alice in the Theater of Wonders" Florence Svavrychevsky, Roman Lamas, Bruno Gianatelli, Emmanuel Abbruzzese, Ariadna Bufano, Lorena Azconovieta, Diego Báez, Ayelén Allende and Olavia Paz, with realization of mechanisms of the puppets of Emmanuel Abbruzzese, Ivo Siffredi, Ana Galati and Estanislao Ortiz.

The costumes for the puppets are by Ayelén Laxalt and the design, sculpture and painting of the puppet heads by Eva Halac, lighting by Miguel Solowej, the scenery and costumes by Micaela Sleigh and the music and sound effects by Iván García Mendy.
