Canadian choreographer Crazy Smooth will give an open class at San Martín

The renowned choreographer Crazy Smooth will be present in our country, where he will give an open class in the Alfredo Alcón Hall of the San Martín Theater.

The presentation of the Canadian will be on Wednesday 5 October from 19 hours, With free entry, subject to the capacity of the site.

Street dance reference, the outstanding artist will give a class with the aim of learning the basics of the discipline, as it has been happening since 1997.

Crazy Smooth founded in 2004 Bboyism, award-winning street dance company that is instrumental in the preservation and proliferation of the discipline in Canada and internationally (company of which he is also artistic director).

Within that context, Crazy Smooth won the Clifford E Lee Award 2020 by the Banff Center for the Arts for his work in progress “In My Body”, created within the framework of the Artist in Residence program 2019-2021 del Center de Création The Vertigo of Montreal.

This activity, carried out with the support of the Canada Council for the Arts and the Embassy of Canada in our country and in Paraguay, will provide the opportunity to enjoy an artist who has performed, taught and judged contests in cities and events throughout North America and Europe.
