The Marco Museum reopens the exhibition "Lumen", by Carola Zech

This Saturday 19 November the Marco de La Boca Museum will reopen the individual exhibition Carola Zech with a guided tour by the artist herself.

"Lumen" is the name of the exhibition that will be officially inaugurated to the public from 15 hours. The people that is here, also, you will be able to appreciate the intervention that the artist carried out on the façade of the venue located on Avenida Almirante Brown 1031.

Later, from 16, Zech will lead the guided tour, with the curatorial accompaniment of María Teresa Constantín.

In this exhibition, the artist brings together a body of work where the concept of colorspaceform, made by her, establishes a direct dialogue with the architecture of the museum.

In this context, the sample brings together various materials, procedures and new possibilities in the environment and in particular with the passerby of the neighborhood of La Boca.

The exhibition invites you to imagine different layers and transparencies that adhere to the body of the museum. The entrance door and the skylight, as works in themselves and objects of contemporary art, show prisms and flashes that renew and modify the space.

This exhibition draws a bridge and is closely linked to the installation "We", a site-specific piece developed by the artist and located in the MUSEOCAMPO de Cañuelas, whose model can now be seen in the Marco.
