"Hidden City", by Francisco Bouzas will have its premiere in Berlin
This Wednesday 21 February “Hidden City”, the most recent work of the Argentine-Brazilian director Francisco Bouzas, will have its long-awaited world premiere at Berlin Critics Week. The screening will take place at the Hackesche Köfe Kino.
Under the direction of Bouzas, “Hidden City” immerses itself in a parallel universe beneath the neighborhood that gives it its name, where the dead find a new home. After the tragic murder of the young footballer Iki Dosantos, His friend Jonas is tormented by recurring dreams about him.. Determined to resolve the pending issues that bind him to Iki, Jonah embarks on a journey to the city of the dead, challenging the limits of the tangible and the ethereal.
