Diana Dowek ends his show with a guided tour of the Fine Arts

Sunday will end the exhibition "Landscapes refuseniks"; It shows that the artist Diana Dowek carried forward in the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.

In that context, Saturday 8 the artist will tour the campus again and dialogue with the public, offering a guided tour of the 18. In this way, Dowek deepen about the process of creating the 20 works that the artist made in the 70s.

Curated by Artistic Director of Fine Arts, Mariana Marchesi, This exhibition will be free admission in the traditional porteño enclosure, located on Avenida del Libertador 1473.

Among the paintings on exhibit, highlights the políptico “What will come”, of 1972, acquired by the Museum in 2018, which it is exhibited along with works from the series “Paintings insurrection”, made between 1972 Y 1973. These papers synthesize the emergence of urban insurrections that occurred in the country in those years, taking as a starting point Cordobazo, which it took place in May 1969.

They can also be works of the series “procedures”, of 1974; “rear-view”, of 1975; “Landscapes”, of 1976; and some “fences” corresponding to the joint “Trapped with output” Y “everyday landscapes” (1976-1978), among them, the triptych “Argentina 78”, from the collection of the Fine Arts thanks to the donation of the artist 2016.

Times to visit this exhibition are Tuesday through Friday 11 a 20 and on Saturdays and Sundays 10 a 20.
