The Buenos Aires Theater Complex will once again exhibit "El capote"

In order to continue reviewing the historical archive of its most outstanding shows, the Theater Complex of Buenos Aires (CTBA) will once again exhibit the work "El capote", de Ana Itelman.

The appointment will be on Saturday 22 of August, when since 20 the platform “Cultura en Casa” and the official site of the CTBA reissue this classic that was held in the mid-1980s at the San Martín Theater.

This classic is based on the famous story by Nikolai Gogol and was released in 1985 by the Contemporary Ballet in the Martín Coronado Room. further, It is part of the historical archive of the San Martín Theater.

The performers who premiered this choreography, which is among the most notable in the Company's repertoire, were Norma Binaghi, Alejandro Cervera, Michelangelo Elijah, Monica Fracchia, Roberto Galvan, Daniel Goldin, Sandro Nunziatta and Liliana Sujoy. The costumes are by Nené Murúa, the making of objects by Oscar Mara, Ezequiel Izcovich's music and lighting belongs to Itelman herself.
