This Friday 6 In December, a new edition of the Luthería in Buenos Aires meeting arrived at the Usina del Arte, which will last until Sunday. 8.

This is the edition 23 of the cycle that allows the public to enjoy free exhibitions and activities in this emblematic Buenos Aires cultural space.

In total more than 90 exhibitors will be presented, between luthiers, manufacturers of musical accessories and equipment, luthiery schools and related organizations will share their experiences in this profession.

This year the meeting had the AAL Space on its first day (Argentine Association of Luthiers). The Duo Leandro Creado and Adrián Leiva y Aires from Buenos Ayres also performed, a musical educational project.

There were also talks and exhibitions, like the one on Historical Strings dictated by Germán Tennen.

On Saturday the programming will continue with the talk Revaluation of Matter: El Sixto Violins by Hernán Rojo, to 16.30 hours “What's up with the sound? Tips for musicians by SSPRO amplifier specialists” and to the 17.45 hours a microconcert by Machy Madco. There will be concerts in the Chamber Hall, Roda de Choro at 16 hours, Three Latin Jazz composed by Federico Hilal, Nahuel Bailo and Gabriel Legall at 18.30 h y Herle Bass Jam a las 19.15 hours.

Finally on Sunday there will be two talks, Exploring and expanding the world of pandeiros by Gabriel Troncoso at 15 hours and Argentine Guitars Signature Sounds by Rodolfo Cucculelli and Lucas Carrera at 16. There will also be microconcerts in the same space at 16.30 with the help of the Raffaelli-Soto Duo and the 18 hours with Juan Pino and guests. In Sala de Cámara the weekend will close with a musical festival at 18, Leo Brower 85 years New Chamber Music with the premiere of Guerra del Tiempo and Camerata Argentina de Guitarras, premiering the Ballad of the Forest and the Bird.
