The eighth International Documentary Film Festival begins

Between 27 August and 30 September, the eighth edition of the Buenos Aires International Documentary Film Festival will take place (FIDBA), Unmissable appointment for lovers of the reflection of reality in the Seventh Art.

In this opportunity, the public will enjoy an extended festival, divided into sections with thematic spots, cycles and retrospectives, in addition to his ten skills. More of 230 films, world premieres, Latin Americans and nationals that can be seen throughout the Argentine territory and the participation of 46 countries.

This year a new section opens: FIDBA: SERIES, with the exclusive premiere of the latest production of ARTE and les films d'Ici, with the support of the French Embassy in Argentina and the French Institute.

FIDBA programming will be free and can be seen throughout the national territory through OctubreTV.com and on FIDBAPLAY, the exclusive online platform of the festival www.fidba.com.ar.

In this digital edition of the Festival the public will have online access to four daily premieres that will be available during 72 hours, while the different thematic focuses (gender, music, who, evolution, planet Earth, among others) will be accessible for seven days.

At the same time, the awards will be on Saturday 3 October.
