The new edition of the El Libro Foundation Literary Award was announced
The El Libro Foundation announced the seventh edition of its prestigious Annual Literary Contest dedicated to volumes of unpublished stories, whose main objective is to promote literary production in the Spanish language.
This contest, open to writers over 18 years of any nationality, offers important cash prizes and the possibility of wide dissemination for the winning works.
Those interested may participate by sending an original and unpublished volume of stories in their entirety.. The works must be written in Spanish, have between 200.000 Y 400.000 characters (including spaces and signs), and be presented in PDF format under a pseudonym. The reception of proposals will be open until 7 February 2025, and the complete bases are available on the foundation's official site.
The jury of this edition, composed of renowned authors such as Alejandra Kamiya, Juan José Becerra and Margarita García Robayo, will select three winners from a maximum of ten finalist works.
