The actress Marilú Marini was chosen by the Konex Foundation as the most outstanding personality of the Argentine show of the last decade, so in a ceremony to be held next 7 December will be awarded the Konex Award for Brilliant.

The Grand Jury of the Konex Awards 2021: Shows, chaired by Ricardo Darín, announced today the election of Marini and the 20 Platinum Konex in different areas as a film actress, scenography, film or production direction, among others.

Each shortlist was made up of five personalities who held, for the Foundation chaired by Luis Ovsejevich, the most significant trajectory of the decade 2011-2020.

Among the winners or winners of the 20 quintets were consecrated to Marini, long and recognized career especially in the theater field, with the Konex from Brillante to the Show, that since the creation of the awards Luisa Vehil and Alfredo Alcón have also obtained in 1981, Maria Rosa Gallo in 1991, Norma Aleandro in 2001 and Ricardo Darín in 2011.

The Grand Jury also appointed with the Konex of Honor, that is given to a figure of outstanding relief who died in the last decade, Agustín Alezzo and Leonardo Favio.

He also awarded special mentions for their career to Héctor Alterio and Pepe Soriano, and four institutions or groups: Group of Puppeteers of the San Martín Theater, The Garage Group, Grupo Piel de Lava and the Cervantes National Theater.
