Propose that a bridge be named after Jorge Luis Borges

The Buenos Aires Legislature into law a proposal for a bridge linking the shantytowns and Constitution bears the name of Jorge Luis Borges in homage to Argentine writer who died one 14 of June, make 33 years, in Switzerland.
