The Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra will pay tribute to Raúl Garello

Through a special function that will be held this Thursday 15 September at the Usina del Arte, The Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra will pay tribute to the bandoneon player Raúl Garello.

With free entry, which can be reserved through the site of the traditional venue located in the La Boca neighborhood, the function will be from 20 hours and will include a repertoire with pieces by the renowned musician, composer and founding conductor of the Orchestra.

The Orchestra will be under the direction of teachers Juan Carlos Cuacci and Néstor Marconi, accompanied by the singer Jesús Hidalgo.

As for the program, “Alma en pena” will be performed (Aieta –García Jiménez. Arrangement: Garello), “Little Martina” (Garello), "Last Curse" (Troilus – Catullus Castillo), “March Doll” (Garello), “Like two strangers” (Laurenz – Contursi), “Che Buenos Aires” (Garello), “World Nuevo” (Garello), “Buenos Aires knows” (Raul Garello – Rubén Garello”, “Che bandoneón!” (Troilus – Water), “Tribute to Gordo” (Choose. Troilo arranged by Raúl Garello) and “August Daisy” (Garello).
