La Usina del Arte presents the first of its two music cycles

From this Saturday 27 January and until Sunday 25 In February, two music cycles will be held at the Usina del Arte, within the framework of the Summer Festival.

In this way, from 19 hours – with free entry- the traditional Buenos Aires venue located on Caffarena 1 in the neighborhood of La Boca the presentation of the first of the cycles will be held, which will be Popular Music.

Throughout the presentations, Artists like Milagros Caliva will take the stage, Barbie Martinez, trio Ginastera, Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra, César Lerner and Marcelo Moguilevsky and Daniel Melingo.

Milagros Caliva will be in charge of inaugurating this proposal this afternoon, which will have her together with a string ensemble that will perform emblematic songs from the coastal repertoire and their own compositions. The purpose of the proposal is to vindicate chamamé in its different forms.

The Fénix Quartet will perform on Sunday 4 February

Likewise, The Chamber Music series will begin its presentations starting Sunday 4 February, from 11 hours and will have as its first installment the concert of the Fénix Quartet. It is worth noting that both meetings are organized in collaboration with the City Music Directorate.
